this just in from eric sutcliffe and our chicago office: museumsinthepark.org. every year, eight million people (more than half the entire population of illinois) visit the ten amazing institutions that comprise chicago's museums in the park: the field museum, the dusable museum of african-american history, the museum of contemporary art, adler planetarium, the chicago history museum, shedd aquarium, the art institute of chicago, the national museum of mexican art, the peggy notebaert nature museum and the museum of science and industry. to help spread the word to policy makers and other constituencies about the contributions these museums make to the state, as well as help the museums connect with one another, the watsons developed a shiny new site. there may only be ten museums, but they offer infinite possibilities. take a look, better yet, take ten.
