as some of you know, the watsons love to problem solve. as luck would have it, tv guide magazine had a bit of a puzzle on their hands. after a successful logo partnership, they recruited us to help them with their special comic-con collector’s edition issue, in which mad magazine had one of their infamous fold-ins on the inside back cover. on the flip side, hp, a big sponsor of the magazine, had an ad of their own. enter our creative team, who took hp’s existing creative and transformed the ad into a fold-in unto itself. how apropos that we got to geek out over an ad for comic-con.
