yep. when we hung our shingle in 2003, we broke from the conventional agency model in which all clients paid for all services (weirdly unfair) and created a core team of the best art directors, writers and strategists we knew.
from there, we invited our crazy-talented friends in video production, coding, photography, illustration and animation to step into projects, as needed. it’s a model that’s done well by them, by us, and most importantly, by our clients. because it keeps us agile enough to do exceptional work, no matter the timeline or budget.
